This exclusive long-term private jet residence in Oranjestad is arranged for two selected Flight Attendants joining an agency-managed Aruba base for six months or one year. The program is organized in repeating fourteen-day duty cycles followed by fourteen days of off-duty residence time. During off-duty weeks, selected Flight Attendants may remain on leisure time or apply for optional Luxury Companion availability with increased fixed compensation. Excellent grooming, cabin service ability, discretion, flexibility and reliable long-term availability are required throughout the stay.

General long-term private jet base information

This long-term private jet base residence in Oranjestad is an exclusive agency-managed program for two selected Flight Attendants staying in Aruba for six months or one year. The program is organized in repeating four-week cycles, including fourteen days of active private jet Flight Attendant duty followed by fourteen days of off-duty residence time. During off-duty weeks, the Flight Attendant may use the time as private leisure in Aruba or apply for optional Luxury Companion availability with increased fixed compensation. Accommodation, residence support, selected stay-related services, wardrobe preparation, transport arrangements and individual conditions are reviewed before the stay begins.

The guaranteed Flight Attendant earnings are calculated from the fixed salary of 20,000 EUR for each active fourteen-day duty cycle. The final fixed compensation may increase in the following Luxury Companion availability selection.
Luxury Companion availability during six-month stay*
Please select whether you want to use the off-duty weeks only as private leisure time in Aruba, or whether you are interested in optional Luxury Companion availability during the off-duty weeks. Luxury Companion availability increases the fixed compensation by 40,000 EUR per month.
Minimum Luxury Companion meetings during six-month stay*
Please select the minimum number of Luxury Companion meetings you are willing to accept during each fourteen-day off-duty period. Each meeting has a minimum duration of three hours and is calculated at an hourly rate of 2,200 EUR. The selected option increases the monthly compensation and the total six-month earnings.

Don’t forget to bring everything you need – the driver will, of course, assist you with loading and unloading your luggage. If you have a conspiracy apartment, the driver will take you there upon request and help you load everything you need.
