Description
This VVIP private-aviation assignment is arranged for four selected Flight Attendants based in Istanbul, allowing structured rotation of cabin service during the long-haul sectors. The mission begins with arrival logistics, an introduction dinner and crew briefing, followed by cabin preparation for a private-jet route from Istanbul via Berlin to San Juan, Puerto Rico. Berlin is a short operational stop for additional passenger boarding only; it is not a leisure stay. The Puerto Rico programme includes luxury accommodation, personal-driver logistics and leisure time through the New Year period. New Year programme choices and personalised preparation are available through the event selections. Professional cabin presence, immaculate grooming, calm service and absolute discretion are required throughout the mission.

Transport and accommodation before departure and after return
+
The agency pays for your transport and approved accommodation.
How does it work?
Imagine that you live in Dubai and the departure point for the mission is in Abu Dhabi. If transport is available for this event, you will see the specific options in your application.
Transport by car
If you choose car transport, a driver will pick you up at the address you provide in Dubai and take you to the departure point in Abu Dhabi.
Transport by plane, jet, or helicopter
If you choose plane transport, a driver will pick you up in Dubai and take you to the airport. You will then fly to Abu Dhabi, where your mission will continue. Depending on the event, a private flight, jet, or helicopter may be available instead of a regular plane.
Accommodation before the mission
For a longer journey, accommodation before the mission may be available so that you do not have to travel in a rush on the day of departure.
In the example above, a driver will pick you up in Dubai, take you to a hotel in Abu Dhabi, and pick you up at the hotel the following day to take you to the departure point.
Transport and accommodation after the mission
After the mission, the agency will arrange transport from the arrival point back to your place of stay if you select this transport in your application.
If accommodation after the mission is also available and you select it, the agency will arrange accommodation before your journey home.
You will only see options that are actually available for the event. You must select the transport or accommodation you require in your application.
Transport to departure point Istanbul, Turkey*
Do you need to arrange transportation from your place of residence to the departure location?

Based on your current location, we will automatically determine the most suitable transport option to the departure or departure airport for the stay.
We were unable to determine your location. Please check location permissions or select the transport manually.

Are you within driving distance?
If you are within driving distance from the departure/transport location or accommodation, we recommend using a car, which is convenient and quick for shorter distances.
You don’t have to worry about anything! We will send a car with a personal driver to your specified location, and they will comfortably take you either to the departure point or directly to your accommodation, depending on the specific event. Don’t forget to bring everything you need – the driver will, of course, assist you with loading and unloading your luggage. If you have a conspiracy apartment, the driver will take you there upon request and help you load everything you need.
Enter the address where the personal driver will pick you up.
Are you too far for a car journey?
If your location is beyond the usual driving distance, we recommend using a plane for a quick and comfortable transfer. We can also arrange transport to the airport. If the client has approved the use of a private jet and this option is available in the transport list, you can also choose this premium option.
Select the nearest airport you want to fly from.
If you also want transport to the airport, enter the address where the personal driver will pick you up.
