Description
This VVIP private-aviation assignment is arranged for two selected Flight Attendants based in Abu Dhabi. The mission begins with arrival logistics, an introduction dinner and briefing with the crew, followed by detailed private-jet cabin preparation before the long-haul sector to Sydney via the Indian Ocean corridor. The Sydney stay includes a five-star harbour hotel, personal-driver logistics and leisure time through the New Year period. A voluntary New Year celebration programme and personalised preparation are available through the event selections. Professional cabin presence, immaculate grooming, calm service and absolute discretion are required throughout the mission.

Transport and accommodation before departure and after return

How does it work?
Imagine that you live in Dubai and the departure point for the mission is in Abu Dhabi. If transport is available for this event, you will see the specific options in your application.
Transport by car
If you choose car transport, a driver will pick you up at the address you provide in Dubai and take you to the departure point in Abu Dhabi.
Transport by plane, jet, or helicopter
If you choose plane transport, a driver will pick you up in Dubai and take you to the airport. You will then fly to Abu Dhabi, where your mission will continue. Depending on the event, a private flight, jet, or helicopter may be available instead of a regular plane.
Accommodation before the mission
For a longer journey, accommodation before the mission may be available so that you do not have to travel in a rush on the day of departure.
In the example above, a driver will pick you up in Dubai, take you to a hotel in Abu Dhabi, and pick you up at the hotel the following day to take you to the departure point.
Transport and accommodation after the mission
After the mission, the agency will arrange transport from the arrival point back to your place of stay if you select this transport in your application.
If accommodation after the mission is also available and you select it, the agency will arrange accommodation before your journey home.

Are you within driving distance?
If you are within driving distance from the departure/transport location or accommodation, we recommend using a car, which is convenient and quick for shorter distances.
You don’t have to worry about anything! We will send a car with a personal driver to your specified location, and they will comfortably take you either to the departure point or directly to your accommodation, depending on the specific event. Don’t forget to bring everything you need – the driver will, of course, assist you with loading and unloading your luggage. If you have a conspiracy apartment, the driver will take you there upon request and help you load everything you need.
